All shipping are originated from Bangkok, Thailand. We will send your order to your delivery address via our trusted couriers. We ship to most countries worldwide, including every countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. If you would like to ship your order via other courier or shipping agent, please contact us and make a request. All delivery will be door-to-door unless requested otherwise.

How your shipping cost is calculated depends on your scenarios.

1. If your purchase weighs less than 1 kilogram collectively, we will send your order via Malca Amit, a well known jewelry and gemstone shipping agent . Please click on “Calculate Shipping Cost” button while checking out to find out how much the shipping cost for your order will be.
2. If your purchase weighs more than 1 kilogram collectively, shipping cost will have to be calculated case by case. In this case, the courier may or may not be Malca Amit. Please contact us to get a quote on the shipping cost. If it turns out that you are not happy with the shipping cost, we can cancel the order for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The shipping cost does not include import tax and we will not be liable to any import tax or other expenses once the shipping fee is paid as agreed.

Once we have received your payment in full, the handling process will take 5-6 business day. Once the handling process is finished, usually the shipment will take 2-4 days for addresses in Asia, 5-9 days for Europe, and 7-14 days for North america and elsewhere.
